All sales of digital products (such as Notion templates, guides, printables, social media design templates, etc.) are final. Once the product has been downloaded or access has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This includes all purchases made through our website.
2. Exceptions for Duplicate Orders
If you mistakenly place a duplicate order for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, issue a refund for the duplicate order.
